With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Corbin has worked on many phases and aspects of the construction and utilities industries across a wide range of projects. His project and program management experience includes planning, managing, and driving progress on engineering, permitting and constructability activities from proposal phase to project close-out on complex projects to large-scale, multi-year programs.

Mr. Corbin is a strategic program and project management leader. Natural Gas Utility Work — Mr. Corbin provides project and program management, and program development services for a program that performs engineering assessments for integrity and material property verification for natural gas pipelines. He oversees program forecasting, contract development and allocation, metrics development, and process improvement initiatives.
Electric Utility Maintenance — Mr. Corbin has supported electric transmission tower coating projects in a project management, program management, and program metrics capacity. He ensures effective stakeholder communication, allowing for efficient dependency management and work execution.
Electric Utility Work — Mr. Corbin has led several electrical utility relocation projects. He manages the financial and resource forecasting and reporting, schedule updates, variance analysis and explanations, and progress flow. He also assists with company-wide process improvements for the utility company by ensuring timely completion of activities and providing a communication conduit for information exchange between all stakeholders.
Project Controls Services — Starting early in his career with document control, Mr. Corbin has been working in or overseeing project controls for over 15 years. He has developed and maintained schedules on several large construction projects with input and oversight on many others. He has provided detailed accounting, including change order management, on projects in many sectors of the construction and utility industry. His skilled and thorough project knowledge and insight help understand variances at the micro and macro levels.
Commercial Construction Project Management — Mr. Corbin led submittal review and processing, manufacturer tracking and production tracking, prepared monthly owner and subcontractor payment requisitions, compiled detailed cost reports for internal upper management and led resolution of all project related cost disputes for a large expansion project.
Design-Build Process Management - Mr. Corbin assisted with design team schedule management and design assist subcontractor oversight and coordination for a large hospital project as well as a mid-sized correctional facility expansion. He led collaborative value engineering efforts with internal and government teams and created schedules and logistics plans to maintain crew flow and efficiency.
Preconstruction Services - Mr. Corbin provided design analysis including constructability reviews, budget analysis and quantity take offs for a large corporation. He created and updated early estimates for several projects. Preconstruction services were administered on amusement park, healthcare, office building and airport commercial construction projects.
Government Contracts Management — Experienced with government contracts management, Mr. Corbin reported on certified payroll, quality control issues and schedule and cost issues while maintaining strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
