With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Corbin has worked on many phases and aspects of the construction and utilities industries across a wide range of projects. His project and program management experience includes planning, managing, and driving progress on engineering, permitting and constructability activities from proposal phase to project close-out on complex projects to large-scale, multi-year programs.

Mr. Corbin is a strategic program and project management leader. He combines deep expertise in cost and schedule analysis, procurement strategy, resource management, and regulatory compliance with a talent for building high-performing, cross-functional teams. Recognized for driving operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and optimizing execution paths that align with business objectives, Mr. Corbin is adept at navigating diverse industries and project types, ensuring measurable value and sustainable outcomes.

Directed project development and transforming new regulatory requirements into well-defined scope and procedures, and creating reliable forecasts, schedules, and work plans.

Led multi-year forecasting and resource planning processes, aligning capacity with demand to support cost, resource, and schedule optimization.

Drove dependency management and resolution for a system-scale electric transmission tower coating program, and improved efficiency by improving work sequencing and reducing crew reallocation.

Utilized Management of Change (MOC) process to drive successful change without causing churn by involving relevant stakeholders and delivering process improvements that impact key metrics.

Regulatory Support

Developed unit and cost estimates for inclusion of a new program in utility rate case submission. Led execution and variance explanations for a program's life cycle.

Provided regulatory justification and supported discussions with utility and regulatory agencies to incorporate a new process for gas pipeline integrity.

Reporting Development and Maintenance

Partnered with functional leads, program and project leadership, and organizational leadership to develop meaningful metrics and actionable reporting to ensure proper executive and leadership-level communications and decision making.
