Ms. Khorshid Azarnoush is a Manager at Exponent's Construction Consulting Practice, based in the Oakland office. With over six years of experience, she excels in project controls and management. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of construction-related areas, including implementing project controls, mitigating risks, managing costs, analyzing change orders, and resolving construction disputes. Ms. Azarnoush has led multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives from initial stages to completion. She has provided both dispute and advisory services and consulting to both public and private sector clients on construction cost reviews, audits, change orders, claims analysis, and damages analysis.
