Mr. Alrabadi has broad experience in infrastructure, utility and building construction. His experience involves managing and analyzing construction projects for owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. He has been responsible for the development, updating, and closeout of cost- and resource-loaded P6 schedules on projects totaling $1.2B. He has also worked on claims ($982M project portfolio) involving time and cost impacts for various projects. 

Mr. Alrabadi provides management and control services on utility programs including scope quality management, scheduling and coordination, progress tracking, project execution, and cost and scope variance analysis. He implements tools that provide visual progress tracking and monitoring, process streamlining, process automation, bottleneck identification, and early error detection and mitigation resulting in time and cost savings.

Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Alrabadi worked as a claims and project advisory consultant on construction claims and project management. He performed contract reviews; schedule delay impact analysis including critical path analysis, as-planned versus as-built comparative schedule analysis, window analysis, as-built but-for analysis, change order analysis, and acceleration analysis; cost analysis of payment applications, acceleration costs, change order costs, and job cost reports; labor productivity analysis; and report preparation and document analysis for mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Mr. Alrabadi also worked as a design engineer and planning engineer for a general contractor on large highway expansion and bridge projects in Qatar. He managed traffic diversions from design phase through approvals and safety audits, and led a team through as-built submittals phase. As a planning engineer, Mr. Alrabadi reviewed and updated P6 schedules and streamlined reporting procedures through standardization, effective communication, and development of customized management-level visuals.

Mr. Alrabadi earned his Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California, Berkley. He specialized in Engineering and Project Management. Mr. Alrabadi worked on projects involving comparative analysis of different scheduling software (P6, MS Project, Synchro, Netpoint, Spider), process improvements using lean construction concepts, business plan development, and life cycle assessment.
