This program will explore current trends in diversity statistics reflecting the rising role of women in arbitration and laying bare the work still to be done. The panel will feature prominent women in arbitration who will discuss their paths to arbitrating in California, their vision for women in arbitration going forward, innovative approaches to improving diversity, and ways the arbitration community can achieve gender parity.
