Exponent consultants use predictive analytics to help determine the best ways to reduce spend and achieve efficiencies, including saving on materials and unit costs, reducing labor burdens, and evaluating project scope and scheduling to determine where to make cost-reduction adjustments. Exponent has developed resource and cost-loaded critical path method (CPM) schedules and monitored these to report accurately on both cost and schedule progress.
