Process Industry Services – EMC also has extensive experience in process industry reliability and risk management, with a focus on the investigation and prevention of accidents. This includes analyses of the existing state using techniques such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Preliminary Hazards Analysis (PHA), Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), reliability, root cause, fault tree, event tree, and Bayesian uncertainty.
